King Kronic challenges for the Heavyweight Championship against...Hollywood.
Alex Iz announces Kronic has to cash in his Russian roulette reward for the AWA Heavyweight title
What started out as a match against Rob Vegas turned into a gauntlet match featuring all of Hollywood Inc. vs. King Kronic. As the two former rivals battled it out Alex Iz proclaimed that Kronic had to wrestle all of Hollywood Inc. in what was virtually a 4 on 1 handicap match. After Kronic had Vegas reeling in the corner Mike Donovan came in and went to town on Kronic. Kronic once again had Donovan right where he wanted him when Javi-Air interfered and pummled Kronic with lightining fast kicks. Kronic turned the tide with a superkick, but only for 2. Kronic fed off the crowd and had momentum on his side when he nailed Javi-Air with his patented Claw Hold BackBreaker but to no avail as Hollywood distracted referee Matt Bennett while Donovan nailed Kronic with his own bone to the stomach giving Alex Iz the 3 count. Hollywood Inc. defeated Kronic but it took all 4 members to do so.
KING KRONIC WINS RUSSIAN ROULETTE
King Kronic wins AWA Russian Roulette after pinning Joe Hardway with a roll up after distracting him with his bone. Kronic is now granted a title shot of his choosing. Which title will he choose? Keep it here to find out.
Hello to all. I am here to inform you, as the manager of this website and personal handler of King Kronic, that King Kronic has been entered into the Russian Roulette Match at AWA-NJ Crossroads Supershow on Saturday- June 23, 2007. He will being going up against 6 other men. Those men are Joe Hardway, Dan Dynasty, Giovanni Maranca, "2 Hot" Steve Scott, Thomas Rodriguez, and Kyle Smiley. Here is what AWA-NJ officials have said about the upcoming match.
Russian Roulette!
Joe Hardway vs. J Kronic vs. Thomas Rodriguez vs. Giovanni Marranca vs."2 Hot" Steve Scott" vs. Dan Dynasty vs. Kyle Smiley
A new match concept in the AWA made it's debut last ActionZone, which is the Russian Roulette! All these men will be in the ring, in tag format. Two men will start, and can tag anyone in. HOWEVER, if they the pinfall on their opponent, they can choose ANYONE in the ring to be eliminated! It can be a psychological battle, it can be strategic, but only one man will win! However, this match has an interesting stipulation. The winner of this match gets a title shot against the champion of their division! For example, if Thomas Rodriguez wins, he can get a chance at the Lightweight Champion, but if Joe Hardway wins the match, he can get a shot at the Heavyweight Champion!
Be there on the 23rd to cheer on Kronic as he vies to become the number one contender for a championship of his choosing, if he can understand that.
